Working with children for well over a decade, I understand the vital role positive emotions, relationships, and connection provide in order for young people to flourish. Making wellbeing a foundational element within my classroom, I have witnessed first hand the impact improving class wellbeing, tuning into emotions and providing a connected classroom has on happiness, engagement and student outcomes. My ongoing training and research in the area of positive psychology has fueled my passion for getting these life changing resources into the hands of families and educators en masse.
